摘要
目的 :探讨针灸治疗不完全性截瘫的机理。方法 :采用不完全性截瘫兔模型 60只 ,随机分为 2组 :模型组、针灸组 ,每组于造模后分 3批 ,每批 1 0只 ,分别于 6h、7d、1 5d处死 ,电镜下观察线粒体不同时期的动态变化。结果 :造模形成后 6h针灸能缓解线粒体肿胀 ,对抗继发性损伤 ;7d后针灸组线粒体各项指标优于模型组 ;1 5d后针灸组线粒体形态恢复正常。结论 :针灸可减轻损伤脊髓神经元内线粒体肿胀变性 ,维持线粒体有效功能面积及有效个数 ,促进线粒体进行能量代谢 ,促进神经元恢复 ,对抗继发损伤 。
ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of acupuncture a nd moxibustion for treatment of incomplete paraplegia. MethodsSix ty model rabbits of incomplete paraplegia were randomly divided into 2 groups, a mo del group and an acup-moxibustion group. Ten rabbits in each group were sacrif ic ed respectively 6 hours, 7 days and 15 days after the model was set up and dynam ic changes of mitochondria were observed under electron microscope. Resu ltsAcupuncture and moxibustion could relieve the mitochondrial swellin g and arrest their secondary lesion 6 hours after model was set up, and 7 day s after that, the various indexes of mitochondria in the acup-moxibustion group were superior to those in the model group; 15 days after that, mitochondrial fo rm in the acup-moxibustion group restored to the normal. ConclusionAcupuncture and moxibustion can alleviate swelling degeneration of mitocho ndria in neurons of injured spinal cord, maintain an effective functional area a nd effective number of mitochondria, promote energy metabolism of mitochondria a nd restoration of neurons, and arrest secondary injury and accelerate repair of neurons.
