摘要
目的 探讨 β 纤维蛋白原 455G/A基因多态性与老年冠心病的关系。 方法 应用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR RFLP)对 98例冠心病患者和 92例年龄、性别相匹配的健康人群进行 β 纤维蛋白原 455G/A基因多态性分析 ,比浊法测定血浆纤维蛋白原水平。结果 血浆纤维蛋白原水平在冠心病组为 (3 98± 0 53)g/L ,显著高于正常对照组 (3 35± 0 48) g/L(P <0 0 0 1 )。β Fg 455G/A基因多态性分布在冠心病组和对照组均符合Hardy Weinberg平衡定律 ,表明样本具有群体代表性。A等位基因频率在冠心病组 (0 2 1 4 )显著高于正常对照组(0 1 4 7) (P =0 0 3)。结论 β 纤维蛋白原 455G/A基因多态性与冠心病的发生有关 ,A等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传易感标志。
Objective To explore the association of β fibrinogen gene polymorphism with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) in the elderly. Methods The β fibrinogen 455G/A gene polymorphism was identified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) in 98 patients with CHD and 92 matched controls by age and sex. Turbidimetric assay was performed to measure the plasma fibrinogen levels of all cases. Results The plasma fibrinogen level in CHD group was(3.98±0.53)g/L, significantly higher than that in control group 〔(3.35±0.48)g/L, P <0.001〕. The distribution of β fibrinogen 455G/A gene polymorphism was in accordance with the Hardy Weinberg equilibrium in CHD group and control group ( P >0.05). The A allelic frequency in the CHD group was (0.214) significantly higher than that in the control group (0.147) ( P <0.05). Conclusions The β fibrinogen 455G/A gene polymorphism is associated with the CHD. A allele may be a susceptible predictor of CHD in the elderly.
