国外学校管理变革的理念与实践
摘要
一直以来，提升学校办学品质，致力于学生成就，是很多国家尤其是发达国家教育改革的核心。学校管理体制与学校质量密切相关，变革学校管理理念，深化管理实践，提高管理水平，是许多国家教育改革的热点。尤其值得注意的是．20世纪90年代以来，世界各国兴起的学校重构运动，使得学校管理冲破传统模式的束缚，呈现出新的趋向。
