摘要
针对无缝钢管管坯酸洗废水pH值低、氧化铁含量高等特殊性 ,提出一套完整的治理工艺。实践运行证明 ,该处理工艺技术先进、可靠 ,处理效果好 。
A complete waste water treatment process is supplied according to the fact that there is a lower pH value and a higher FeO or Fe 2O 3 or Fe 3O 4 in the waste water from hollow billet pickling process in a seamless steel tube mill.Practical running shows that this treatment process is outstanding and this technique is advanced,the treatment result is excellent,and that the processed water can be used for production again.This technique has obvious economic,environmental and social benefits.
