四种不同加味四妙散抗实验性痛风作用的比较

Comparison among Four Different Kinds of Modified "Simiao Powder" in Their Anti-gout Effect

目的 比较四种不同加味四妙散方剂对MSU诱导大鼠足肿胀的抑制作用及急性毒性。方法 采用微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)诱导大鼠足肿胀的动物模型 ,用足容积测定法 ,观察加味四妙散的抗炎作用。结果 加味四妙A方对尿酸盐引起的大鼠足肿胀的抑制作用最为显著 ,且有起效快、作用维持时间长的特点。加味四妙A方的MTD为人临床日用量的 12 6倍 ,未见明显急性毒性反应。结论 四种不同加味四妙散方剂中 ,以加味四妙A方抗炎作用显著 ,且毒性反应低。

OBJECTIVE To compare among four different kinds of modified 'Simiao Powder' in their effect in inhibiting swelling of rats induced by MSU and acute toxicity.METHOD Rat swelling models were made induced by MSU in order to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of modified 'Simiao Powder'.RESULT Prescription A turned out to be most effective and rapid in its inhibiting effect, with long durations.The dosage of prescription A was 126 times that of the dosage of MTD and no marked acute toxic effect was found.CONCLUSION Among the four prescriptions, prescription A has the most marked anti-inflammatory effect with low toxic response.
