摘要
目的 建立通脉颗粒剂中葛根素、阿魏酸含量测定的方法。方法 KromasilC18柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,采用双波长 (λ1=2 5 0nm ,λ2 =313nm)梯度洗脱。结果 葛根素在 2 0~ 180 μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ;阿魏酸在 2~ 18μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999)。平均加样回收率 :葛根素为 98.2 2 % ,RSD为 0 .96 % ;阿魏酸为 97.0 5 % ,RSD为 0 .86 %。结论 操作简便 ,结果可靠 ,为通脉颗粒的质量控制提供了有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determining the content of kakkonein and ferulic acid in Tongmai Granule. METHOD Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm), with double wavelength (λ 1 = 250nm, λ 2 =313nm) gradient elution. RESULT Kakkonein assumed fine linear relation (r = 0.999 9) within the range of 20 ~180 μg; Ferulic acid assumed fine linear relation (r = 0.999 9) within the range of 2~18 μg. The average sample recovery rate for kakkonein was 98.22 and RSD was 0.96%. The two figures for ferulic acid were 97.05% and 0.86% respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple and reliable and can be used in the quality control of Tongmai Granule.
