摘要 以硝酸锶和碳酸氢铵溶液为原料,采用复分解法合成高纯碳酸锶粉体,研究了工艺条件对产品质量的影响,最佳反应条件为:Sr(NO3)2溶液质量浓度为180~250g/L,NH4HCO3溶液质量浓度为80~100g/L,碳酸氢铵溶液温度不高于40℃,溶液澄清时间30min以上,陈化时间为60min,所得产品纯度高,粒径小,市场前景广阔. Taking strontium nitrate liquor and ammonium hydrogen carbonate liquor as raw materials,high purity strontium carbonate powder is produced by double decomposition method. The influences of technological conditions on the quality of the product are studied.The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:the concentration of strontium nitrate liquor is 180~250 g/L,ammonium hydrogen carbonate liquor is 80~100 g/L,temperature of ammonium hydrogen carbonate liquor is less than or equal to 40 ℃,liquor clarify time is more than 30 min,the ageing time is 60 min,the purity of the product is high and the size is small,and the market prospect is vast.
