摘要
本文从一般性的绩效管理的目的、方法、原则和步骤出发,用理论和实证相结合的方法分析了黄山旅游集团公司薪酬分配体系和绩效管理的现状、弊端,并试着给出了解决问题的办法。
Through analyzing the main aims, methods, principles and steps of the evaluation system of staff work performance, the following article, by combining theory with specific cases, elaborated the present conditions, drawbacks existed in the salary distribution system and performance evaluation of Huangshan Tourism Corporation and tried to give some countermeasures against it.
