摩托车发动机齿轮脱档和异响问题的分析与解决

对退回的有问题齿轮进行分类分析,齿轮脱档主要原因是副2档齿轮的3个爪不等分,当摩托车爬坡时,会使3个爪承受轴向推力而脱档;齿轮异响主要原因是齿轮精度问题。通过改进工艺及质量控制,使这些问题得到了解决,质量成本进一步下降。

Through the analysis of the returned gears,the reason of the throw out of gear is that the 3 teeth of sub 2nd speed gear is not evenly divided,so when the motorcycle slope-climbs,the 3 teeth will throw out of gear for the axial thrust;the abnormal sound of the gear mainly comes from the effected gear accuracy.The above faults have been eliminated because of the improved technologies and quality contraol,and the quality cost has also dropped.
