Change of teachers’ role in information technology environment

信息技术在教育领域中的运用,对传统教育产生了冲击、挑战与变革,教师的角色和职能也将发生变化,但这种改变不是全盘否定,而是纠正传统教育对教师角色认识上的偏差.文章认为,只有进一步加强教师的基本角色特征训练,才能适应现代教育的发展,树立起新的多元化角色形象.

The application of information technology in education has brought great impacts, challenges and reform to traditional education. Therefore, teachers' role and function will change, too. However, this kind of change should not oppose the traditional one completely, but should rectify the bias of teachers' role in traditional education. Training of teachers' basic role characteristics should be further strengthened so as to meet the development of modern education and set up the new multiple-role image of teachers.
