摘要
农民收入已成为一个影响稳定和发展的社会经济问题。影响农民收入的因素比较复杂 ,从影响农民收入的直接因素中发现农民收入“外部环境”是影响农民增收的根源。解决这个问题必须从农业、农村、农民等问题的外部环境入手 ,为农民经济活动构建一个宽松环境 ,特别要营造一个公平、公正的制度环境 。
Farmers' income has been an important social and economic issue which can influence development and stability Amona the influencing factors' the external environmenit is a root to influence farmers' income. Measures to solve this problem have to begin with the improverment of the external environment of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. The control of farmers' economic activities should be slack. Eespecially, the institutional environment should be fair and just. The purpose is to extend the choice limits.
