摘要
建立行波管电子枪区热状态分析模型 ,利用ANSYS软件对行波管电子枪的热状态进行了模拟和分析。通过改变电子枪内部的一些结构参数和工作环境参数 ,特别是栅控行波管的栅极结构尺寸和加载功率的变化 ,由模拟得到不同条件下电子枪热状态分布 。
The model for thermal condition of an electron gun of TWT was established firstly. With ANSYS this thermal condition was simulated and analyzed. By changing some parameters of the electron gun's structure and working condition, especially the size of the grid and the working power, different temperature distributions were obtained. These results supply efficient reference to the optimizing design and reasonable use of electron guns in TWT.
