摘要
用机构综合的观点,分析了活齿波导传动的结构特点,指出活齿波导传动不受传统齿轮传动设计的某些约束,使其在传动设计中具有更大的灵活性。首次提出了可供设计选择的各种激波机构和活齿结构,为改善活齿波导传动的性能,研制新型的活齿波导传动提供了理论根据。
This paper analyses the structure characteristics of the oscillating-tooth machinery transmission with the view of the mechanism synthesis and points out that the oscillating-tooth machinery transmission is not bound to some constraints of the traditional gear design and is of more flexibilities. It presents many kinds of shock wave mechanisms and oscillating-tooth structures which may be selected in design. It also provides the theoretic basis for improving the performance of the oscillating-tooth machinery transmission and developing the new types of the transmission devices
