摘要
模糊集合论与移动平均数预测法相结合,提出了矿井突水事件的模糊预测方法。该方法切合实际。并证明了事件发生的可能性高不一定概率值也高。
Combining the fuzzy set theory with the moving everage method, this paper presents the fuzzy mathematical prediction method. The method is practical and it demonstrats that there is a high possibility of the event occurrance but not necessarily a high probability
