摘要
本文分析了煤矿输送机常用三级圆锥—圆柱齿轮减速器的传动比分配情况,导出了满足齿轮等接触强度要求的传动比计算公式,并运用数值分析中的多项式(高次方程)求根方法解算出各级传动比。
This paper analyzes the allocation of the drive ratio of triplex conic and cylindrical reducer for conveyors in coal mine. Calculation formula of the ratio allocation was developed which meets the needs of equal contact strength of gears. The drive ratio for each step was calculated by means of the polynomial rooting method of the numeric analysis
