封闭式锭翼在粗纱机上的使用实践

Application of Close Flyers on Fly Frames

通过普通锭翼和封闭式锭翼的对比试验 ,结果表明采用封闭式锭翼能显著改善粗纱条干不匀率、粗纱伸长率以及粗纱纱疵 ,纱条稳定 ,断头少 ,值得积极推广。

Through comparison of the conventional flyers and the close flyers,conclusion is made that the close flyers can markedly improve eveness irregularity,elongation and reduce defect of roving yarn.It is wise to generalize it for the production of constant sliver with little breakage.
