摘要
针对现有电力系统状态估计的不足,提出了一种基于IGG(Institute of Geodesy &Geophysics,Chinese Academy of Sciences)法的抗差估计方法。分析了抗差估计理论应用于状态估计时,初值和权函数选取的原则及一般方法,兼顾了估计结果的准确性和数值稳定性。将抗差最小二乘法用于存在拓扑错误和坏数据时的状态估计,结合网络参数估计辨识法,得出坏数据和可疑支路的正确状态,使抗差和状态估计在计算中一次完成。算例结果表明,该法抗差能力强,收敛速度快,而且具有较好的准确性和数值稳定性。
In view of the disadvantages of current power system state estimation, a new robust estimation method based on IGG method is presented. The principle and method to select the weighting function and initial value are analyzed when robust estimation theory is applied in state estimation, and the veracity and numerical stability of estimation are both considered. The least robustness square method is used in the state estimation with topology errors and bad data. The bad data and correct state of dubious branch can be obtained by the identical method of network parameter estimation. The outlier resistance and state estimation can be completed in one calculation process. The results of calculation example show that this method has strong robustness, high convergence speed as well as favorable veracity and numerical stability.
