硅烷对海工高性能混凝土防腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:29

摘要 系统研究了不同品种的硅烷对不同配合比的海工混凝土防腐蚀性能的影响,探讨了龄期、养护条件、硅烷浓度、涂覆量、酸碱环境等因素对硅烷浸渍混凝土的防腐蚀性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,对不同配合比的海工高性能混凝土,试验所采用的硅烷使得其吸水率显著下降,氯离子吸收量的降低值也均大于90%,渗透深度达到3mm左右。说明,经硅烷浸渍的海工混凝土具有良好的耐腐蚀、耐久性。 In this paper, effects of different types of silanes on anti-corrosion properties of marine concrete with different mix proportions are studied systematically. Effects of age, curing conditions, silane concentration, thickness of coating and acid or alkaline environment on anti-corrosion properties of concrete immersed with silanes are discussed. The results indicate that, for high-performance marine concrete with different mix proportions, silanes make water absorption of concrete decrease greatly, the absorption value of chloride ion was reduced by more than 90%, and the penetration depth was about 3 mm. It indicates that marine concrete immersed with silanes exhibits excellent anti-corrosion property and durability.
