Reformation and Modern Construction of Urban Village in the Course of Urbanization——Based on the Facts of Zhengzhou

文章以郑州市为例,对都市村庄的现状、存在的主要问题以及产生原因进行了分析,以城市系统理论和核心-边缘理论为依据,探讨了都市村庄改造和现代化建设的必要性和可能性,提出了都市村庄改造和现代化建设的目标、指导思想和基本途径。

Based on the facts of Zhengzhou city, this article analyzed the present situation of urban village, as well as the main existing problems and its causes. By adopting the urban system theory and the core_periphery paradigm, it also probed into the necessity and possibility of reformation and modern construction of urban village, and put forward the targets, guiding ideology and basic ways for it.
