摘要
为了获取高能量、高光束质量的激光输出,通过对激光的统计性质进行研究,提出了一种新型的阵列锁相技术,即利用一个控制系统,以外界介入的方式控制阵列激光的相位,对激光相位进行校正,减小或消激光位相随机漂移,实现阵列激光独立单元间的位相锁定,保证良好的互相干特性。利用随机过程理论,详细分析了几种情况下激光的时间相干特性,根据各种情况下相干特性的比较结果得知,该锁相系统大大改善了激光之间的互相干特性。
To get high power laser output with good beam quality, a new phase-locked technology is proposed based on the study of the statistic characteristics of the laser. Compared with the traditional phase-locked technique, one control system has been employed to rectify the phase of the laser. Using the control system, the random excursion of the laser phase can be reduced or even be eliminated. So the phases between the different laser units are locked, and the better coherence of the laser arrays can be got. The statistic characteristic of the laser is analyzed by using the random process theory. The temporal coherent of several laser system has been discussed, and the results show that this technology is reasonable.
