Gear Case Online Temperature Monitoring System Based on Wireless Technology

针对复杂环境下温度在线监测的要求,提出了基于无线技术的监测系统的基本框架,简要论述了系统的硬件组成和软件设计,重点讨论了编码和解码流程及分址传输的方法。实践表明该系统运行稳定,为解决齿轮箱的温度在线监测提供了可行的方案。

The online temperature monitoring system based on wireless applied to complex condition is introduced in this paper.The hardware structure and software design of system are explained briefly,and encode and decode process and multi-address transmission are discussed.The results of application show that the system works steadily.It is a reliable method for gear case online temperature monitoring.
