研究了富含香菇多糖的功能性果汁保健饮料的生产工艺。 同时,也对如何提取香菇的细胞内外多糖以及提取温度、 加热时间、香菇和水的比例对提取活性多糖的影响进行 了研究。
The processing technique of health beverage from pear juice and Lentinus edodes polysaccharide has been studied. At the same time, how to extract endocellar and extracellular polysaccharide products from Lentinus edodes and the effects of extracting temperature, heating time, ratio between Lentinus edodes and water on extractionyield and activity of Lentinus edodes polysaccharide were studied.
