图书馆的服务工作已经成为衡量图书馆办馆水平的重要条件之一。介绍了新时期图书馆服务的重要性和服务重心的改变,从促进服务创新、建立特色服务、开展个性化和多元化服务、提高图书馆工作人员的素质等方面阐述了提高图书馆服务质量的策略。
Service work of library becomes one of the important conditions measuring the level of library operation. This paper introduces the importance of service in library and the change of service focus in the new period,expounds the strategy of improving the service quality of library from aspects of promoting service innovation,establishing characteristic service,conducting personalized and diversified service and improving librarians' quality, etc.
