摘要
双因素理论是管理学中重要的激励理论,该理论对高校图书馆的管理有重要的借鉴意义。在注重保健因素的基础上,充分利用激励因素来调动职工的积极性和主动性,是高校图书馆赖以生存和发展的必由之路。
The motivation-hygiene theory is an important motivation theory in the management science. This theory can be used for reference by university library in its management. Based on paying attention to the hygiene factors, making full use of the motivation factors to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff members is the only way for university library to exist and develop.
