摘要
对高校图书馆引进管理学上的人性化管理理论进行创新管理进行了研究。在分析目前高校图书馆管理上存在问题的基础上,指出高校图书馆要从服务读者、管理员工、培养人才和美化环境4个方面贯彻以人为本的思想,实行人性化的管理。
This paper researches on the theory of humanized management introduced by the university library. Based on analyzing the problems existing in current management of university library, this paper points out that the university library should carry out the people-based thought and practice the humanized management from four aspects of serving the readers, managing the personnel, training the talents, and beautifying the environment.
