摘要
随着企业所有权与经营权的分离,企业经营者需要获得相应的薪酬作为其投入人力资本的交换。从制定薪酬方案的原则谈起,介绍了在设计过程中的一般原则和具体原则,最后提出了经营者薪酬方案设计的思路。
Along with separating ownership from managerial authority, enterprises' operators must obtain corresponding salary as exchange for human capital. Starting from discussion about the principle of making the salary scheme, this paper introduces the general principle and concrete principle in the designing course, finally puts forward the design thought of operator's salary scheme.
