Domestically Made ZWM Fuel Injection Pump and the Assorted Fuel Injector

通过采用各种先进技术,完成了从测绘、设计到研制396系列柴油机2种机型5个品种的ZWM型喷油泵和喷油器的试制工作,并进行了与柴油机的性能匹配试验。试验证明:国产化喷油泵和喷油器的技术性能指标基本上达到了BOSCH公司样品泵的指标,符合德国MTU公司396系列柴油机的技术规范。

Through adopting various advanced techniques, the pilot production of ZWM fuel injection pump and the assorted fuel injector with two models and five products has been completed from the surveying, designing to manufacturing, and the test of the performance matching with the diesel engine has been made. The tests show that the technical characteristics targets of the domestically made fuel injection pump and the fuel injector basically reach the standards of the specimen pump of BOSCH, and satisfy the technical codes of German MTU's 396 series diesel engine.
