介绍了激励的定义、作用和常用的激励方法,从理论上探讨了人员管理中的激励机制,指出根据人的各层次需要,采取有效的激励措施,才能使员工发挥出最大的潜能。
This paper introduces the definition and action of excitation and common excitation methods, probes into the excitation mechanism for personnel management in theory, points out that only taking the effective excitation measures according to the needs of human beings in different levels can make the personnel bring their the greatest latent energy into full play.
