摘要
激励措施可以提高组织中员工的士气及员工对组织的忠诚度,但无限制的激励只会引起相反结果,所以,使用激励的同时应伴以适当的约束措施,激励与约束机制并存方能提高组织绩效、员工满意度、工作效率等。理论联系实际,提出了国企建立健全激励约束机制的建议。
The motivation measures can stiffen the morale of the staff and increase the loyalty of the staff in an organization, but unlimited motivation will lead to the opposite results. Therefore, the motivation should be used together with the restriction measures; the coexistence of the motivation mechanism and restriction mechanism can increase the performance of the organization, the satisfaction of the staff, and the working effectiveness. This paper puts forward some suggestions about establishing and perfecting the motivation mechanism in state-owned enterprises.
