摘要 介绍了人本管理和能本管理的管理理念及其内涵,指出能本管理是更高阶段、更高层次和更高意义上的人本管理,是人本管理的新发展。以能为本的知识管理已经形成一个新的管理领域而受到关注。现阶段“能本管理”更适合于我国企业,认识“能本管理”的新思想,对于提升企业的市场竞争力具有极其重大的现实与深远意义。 This paper introduces the conceptions and connotations of the people-based management and the ability-based management, and points out that the ability-based management is the people-based management on higher stage, higher level and higher significance, and is the new development of the people-based management. The ability-based knowledge management, which has become a new managerial field, has aroused the public attention. The “ability-based management ”is more suitable to Chinese enterprises in the current stage, understanding the new thought of the “ability-based management”possesses very important and profound significance for strengthening the market competitive power of the enterprises.
