物理教师科学素养的培养策略

The training strategy of physics teacher′s science attainment

所谓科学素养也叫科学素质,是科学文化素质的一部分.从目前中学物理教师科学素养的调查结果看物理教师科学素养的现状已难以适应当前课程改革的发展趋势,建议通过深化高等师范院校教育改革,加强教师在职培训的实效性和针对性,地方学校树立新的办学理念,制订配套的激励机制等途径提高教师的科学素质.

Science attainment(science stuff) is a part of scientific cuture attainment.Current survey of physics teacher of middle schools shows that the physics teacher′s science attainment is not fit to the current development of curriculum reform.We suggest that through deepening the educational reform of teacher′s colleges or universities,enhancing the pertinence and practicability of teacher′s training,the local schools should set up new idea of education and set up the encourage system.Through these methods we hope to improve the teacher′s science attainment.
