家族企业在人力资源管理方面,制度安排缺乏规范化、重学历轻能力、单纯运用物资刺激手段、轻视人才培养等弊端较为突出,抑制了家族企业的进一步发展壮大。因此,必须采取相应措施,走出上述误区,才能使家族企业健康成长。
The errors existing in the human resources management in the family enterprise has restrained its development. Therefore, the countermeasures should be taken against those errors in order to make the family enterprise develop healthily.
