介绍了浮选机橡胶的叶轮转子结构,根据其结构特点对模具进行设计,由胶料的热压特性对模具定型。主要针对芯模的固定和定模具分型面的位置进行了详细的分析、设计定型过程。
The structure of rubber rotor of flotation machine is introduced at first.The die of the rotor is designed according to its structural characteristics.The die is set by the rubber with thermocompression.The fix of centric die and the place of the parting face are mostly analyzed and designed.
