摘要
目的 建立反相离子对高效液相色谱法测定颠茄合剂中阿托品含量的方法 方法 固定相 :Alltima C1 8色谱柱 (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :0 0 5mol·mL 1 庚烷磺酸钠水溶液 乙腈 (65∶3 5 ) ;检测波长 :2 10nm。结果 阿托品在 8~ 12 0 μg·mL 1 范围内 ,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为A =15 3 0 8 163 9C -72 915 40 73 ,r =0 9995 ,平均回收率 99 87% ,RSD =1 75 %。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确 ,可用于测定颠茄合剂中阿托品的含量。
Objective To set up a reversed phase ion-pa ir HPLC method for the determination of atropine in mistura belladonnae. Methods An Alltima- C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm )column served as the stationary phase. and the mobile phase was 0.05 mol·mL -1 sodium heptane sulfonate-acetonitrile(65∶35). The detection wa velength was 210 nm. Results A good linear relationship was shown between t he peak area and concentration of atropine when the concentration of the drug wa s in the range of 8-120 μg·mL -1, The regression equation was A=15 308.163 9C- 72 915.407 3, r=0.999 5.The average recovery rate was 99.87%, RSD=1.75%. Conclusion The method was shown to be simple, rapid, ac curate and may be used for the determination of atropine in mistura belladonnae.
