川赤芍化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Paeonia veitchii L.

目的对毛茛科芍药属植物川赤芍PaeoniaveitchiiLynch的化学成分进行研究。方法采用柱色谱分离,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从川赤芍石油醚和乙酸乙酯部位分离得到十个化合物,分别鉴定为芍药苷(paeoniflorin,Ⅰ)、苯甲酰芍药苷(benzoylpaeoniflorin,Ⅱ)、芍药内酯苷(albiflorin,Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅳ)、β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,Ⅴ)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,Ⅵ)、α菠甾醇(αspinasterol,Ⅶ)、stigmast7en3βol(Ⅷ)、木栓酮(friedelin,Ⅸ)、表木栓醇(epifriedelanol,Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅲ、Ⅵ～Ⅹ为首次从该种植物中分得。

AIM:To study the chemical constituents in the root of Paeonia veitchii L..METHOD:Compounds were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.RESULT:Ten compounds were isolated and identified as paeoniflorin (Ⅰ),benzoylpaeoniflorin (Ⅱ),albiflorin (Ⅲ),daucosterol (Ⅳ),β-sitosterol (Ⅴ),stigmasterol (Ⅵ),α-spinasterol (Ⅶ),stigmast-7-en-3β-ol (Ⅷ),friedelin (Ⅸ),epi-friedelanol (Ⅹ).CONCLUSION:Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅵ～Ⅹ were isolated from P.veitchii for the first time.
