摘要
目的研究金刚纂的化学成分。方法运用柱层析进行分离,并对所分得的化合物运用波谱数据进行了结构解析。结果从金刚纂中分离得到10个化合物并鉴定了其结构,分别为glutinol(Ⅰ)、taraxerol(Ⅱ)、friedelanol(Ⅲ)、豆甾醇(Ⅳ)、23环木菠萝烯3β,25二醇(Ⅴ)、ent13Shydroxy16atisene3,14dione(Ⅵ)、6,7,8trimethoxylcoumarin(Ⅶ)、3,3′,4′triOmethylellagicacid(Ⅷ)、entkaurane3oxo16β,17diol(Ⅸ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅶ为首次从大戟属中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。此外对文献报道的23环木菠萝烯3β,25二醇(Ⅴ)的碳谱数据进行了重新归属。
AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia antiquorum L.METHOD:Column chromatography was used in the isolation procedure,while the structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral data.RESULT:Ten compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as glutinol(Ⅰ),taraxerol(Ⅱ),friedelanol(Ⅲ),stigmasterol(Ⅳ),23-cycloarten-3β,25-diol(Ⅴ),ent-13S-Hydroxy-16-atisene-3,14-dione(Ⅵ),6,7,8-trimethoxylcoumarin(Ⅶ),3,3′,4′-tri-O-methylellagic acid(Ⅷ),ent-kaurane-3-oxo-16β,17-diol(Ⅸ)and daucosterol(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION:Compound Ⅶ was firstly isolated from Euphorbia genus.Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ and Ⅹ were obtained from this plant for the first time.The ~~ ~13 C NMR data of 23-cycloarten-3β,25-diol(Ⅴ)was reassigned based on their 2D NMR experiments.
