文章论述了资本外逃作为一种隐性金融活动,会对一国经济产生极大的负面影响,甚至是爆发金融危机的源头,并深入研究我国资本外逃的原因、外逃的渠道,对制定相应的防范对策具有重要意义。
Being such kind of invisible financial activity,capital flowing-out will have a considerably ergative effects on our national economy, and even will become the source of financial crisis. Deeply looking into the causes and the tunnels of our flowing-out capital is of high significance for determining the defensive strategies accordingly.
