摘要
企业再造是现代企业进行组织结构、业务流程等方面调整的主要手段,是企业为了适应市场发展要求做出的必要调整,文章通过大量的国外企业的实例重点论述了企业进行成功再造的关键因素。
Reengineering the corporation is the main instrument for corporation to rectify the organization and its business process engineering. It is indispensable for corporation to adjust itself to the development of the market. Given some type examples, this paper will discuss some key factors in reengineering the corporation.
