摘要
经销商的忠诚包含行为和态度两个层面,维持经销商的忠诚度要求供应商必须从经销商的角度出发去思考经销商主动保持行为忠诚的理由。提高用户的品牌忠诚度可以促使经销商保持行为忠诚,提高经销商的满意度可以提高经销商的忠诚感,只有把二者有效结合起来,才能够保证经销商的真正忠诚。
Loyalty of distributor involves two aspects: conduct and attitude. In order to maintain the distributors' loyalty, the supplier is supposed to think over from the angle of the distributors the reason for the distributors to initiatively hold loyalty in conduct. Boost of brand loyalty of consumers and satisfaction of distributors can promote the distributors' loyalty in attitude as well as conduct. However, only with the combination of both can real loyalty of the distributors be obtained.
