摘要
在当代社会,取得时效维护秩序、公正之价值已经难以为继,促进效率之实证效果更差强人意,已成为渐趋没落之制度,我国物权立法不应予以采纳。
In the contemporary society, Acquitive Prescription has been difficult to safeguard the order, just value, Promote the actual effect of efficiency being difficult to make people satisfied. It has already declined gradually,and shouldn't be adopted.
