输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石加ES WL联合治疗肾铸形结石(附76例报告)

Pneumaticlithortripsy under Ureteroscope and Extracorporeal Shork wave lithortripsy in the treatment of kidney staghorn calculi

目的 :探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石加ESWL治疗肾铸形结石的临床疗效和操作体会。方法 :自 2 0 0 1年 3月至 2 0 0 4年 3月采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石、ESWL联合治疗肾铸形结石76例。结果 :结石排净率为 89.5 % ,并发症发生率 1.3% ,结论 :采用此联合方法治疗肾铸形结石的排净率较高、方法安全、效果确切、损伤小 ,能有效避免开放性手术的痛苦。

Objective: To evaluate the combination use of Pneumatic Lithortripsy,ureteroscope and extracorporeal shork wave lithotripsy in the treatment of kidney staghorn calculi. Method: Between March 2001 to March 2004,76 patients with kidney staghorn calculi were treated with above-mentioned treatment. Result: Total stone-free rateis 89.5%. Complications were observed in 1.3%. Conclusion: Treatment of kidney staghorn calculi with this combined method has been high stone-tree rate、safe、effective,less invasive and avoid open surgery.
