针刺结合理疗治疗面瘫的疗效观察

The Clinical Effects of Acupuncture & Physical Therapy to Facial Paralysis

目的 :探讨针刺结合理疗治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法 :采用针刺理疗组病例 5 5例 ,设西医综合疗法病例 4 2例为对照组 ,观察两组的临床疗效。结果 :治疗组痊愈率 81.8% ,对照组痊愈率4 5 .2 % ;两组痊愈率之间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组有效率 5 5例 (10 0 % ) ,对照组 35例(83.3% ) ,两组有效率之间差异亦有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :针刺理疗组临床疗效优于对照组 ,且经济实用 ,几乎无毒副作用。

Objective: to study the clinical effects of acupuncture & physical therapy to facial paralysis. Method: We compared the clinical effects of the two groups, the target group is 55 cases with Acupuncture & Physical Therapy; the control group is 44 cases with general western medical therapy.Result: The recovery rate of the target group is 81.8%, and the recovery rate of the control group is 45.2%. This is a significant difference (p< 0.01). The effective rate of the target group is 100% (55cases), that of the control group is 83.3% (35 cases), and the difference is of statistical significance (p< 0.01).Conclusion: The clinical effects of acupuncture & physical therapy are better than that of the control group. The therapy proves to be economical and without any side effects.
