摘要
目的 :探讨十二指肠憩室的诊断和治疗方式的选择。方法 :通过对近 2 0年来的 2 5例十二指肠憩室患者的诊疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :2 5例中 ,1例肠瘘 ,经保守治疗治愈 ,其他患者效果满意 ,全部病例均治愈。结论 :切除憩室是根治的基础 ,憩室扩置胃肠转流是可取的术式。
Objective: To investigate the method of diagnosis and treatment of duodenal diverticulum .Method: 25 cases with duodenal diverticulum diagnosised and treated near 20 years were reviewed. Result: All cases including 1 merging intestinal fistula after operation through conservative treatment were cured. Conclusion: Removal of the diverticulum is essential ,gastroenterostomy is suggestive.
