摘要
从机车寿命周期费用(LCC)的角度阐述了机车设计开发过程中开展可靠性和维修性设计的必要性及其对寿命周期费用的影响,同时介绍了机车可靠性和维修性设计的一般程序、内容、指标及验证实例。
From the point of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) of locomotives, this paper expatiates the necessity of reliability and maintainability design during R&D of locomotives and its influence on LCC. It also presents common procedures, contents, indexes, and validated examples of the design for locomotive′s reliability and maintainability.
