摘要
针对中原油田的实际情况,研制开发出了新型无机有机单体聚合物钻井液。该体系是由具有独特的空间三维分子结构、分子链刚性大、耐温抗盐和耐剪切能力强的无机有机单体聚合物Siop E、Siop D和CPS2000B、固相化学清洁剂ZSC201作主处理剂配制而成的。室内对该体系的抗温性能、抗盐性能、抗钙污染能力、抑制防塌性能和保护油气层效果的评价结果表明,无机有机单体聚合物钻井液具有良好抗温性、抗盐性,抑制、防塌性强;并具有抗污染能力,能有效地控制钻井液的流变性,降低滤失量,保证钻井液清洁,有利于保护油气层。经应用表明,该钻井液性能稳定,钻井液中亚微粒子含量少,油层岩心渗透率恢复值高;具有较强的抑制能力,井壁稳定,砂样代表性好,无井垮、划眼等复杂事故,起下钻一次到底,完井电测及RFT电测均一次成功;该钻井液粘度、切力容易控制,维护简单,减少了处理剂的种类和用量,避免了替换钻井液,节约了钻井液成本,经济效益明显。
Based on the actual condition of Zhongyuan oilfield, the inorganic-organic monomer polymer drilling fluid was developed. This drilling fluid is mainly composed of solid chemical cleaner ZSC-201 and inorganic-organic monomer polymers such as Siop-E, Siop-D and CPS-2000B, with characters of peculiar three-dimensional molecule structure, rigid backbone and excellent thermal stability, brine tolerance and strong anti-shearing ability. Evaluation in lab not only verified above characteristics, but also revealed its advantages of strong anti-contamination ability. The rheology property is controlled effectively, the filtrate is lowered, and the drilling fluid is clean, which are good for formation protection. Application showed that the submicron content in the drilling fluid is less, the permeability recovery value of productive core is high, well bore is remained stable with no well-caving or reaming problems.
