摘要
针对泡沫驱油的工艺技术要求,研制开发出了性能优良的阴离子型起泡剂PAS12。该起泡剂以月桂醇和邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,采用酯化和中和两步合成。用Rose Mile法和WaringBlender搅拌法对PAS12起泡剂及其泡沫液体系的抗盐、抗油等性能进行了研究评价。结果表明,PAS12起泡剂几乎不在油砂上吸附,起泡性比常用的SDS和ABS强,70℃下溶液浓度为0.20%时,起泡高度可达180mm以上;泡沫液体系抗温在90℃以上,抗盐为5.15%,在含油量高达20%的静态条件下仍有较强的稳定性,适用于弱酸强碱性环境。使用PAS12起泡剂配成的泡沫液体系可用于高温高矿化度油藏三次采油。
To fulfill the requirements of foam-flooding technology, an anionic surfactant foamer PAS-12 with excellent properties was developed. Taking lauryl alcohol and phthalic anhydride as raw materials, the foaming agent was compounded by etherification and neutralization in sequence. Properties such as brine tolerance and oil resisting abilities were evaluated by Rose-Mile and Warring Blender methods. Results showed that the foamer PAS-12 scarcely adsorbs on the oil sand surface and the foaming ability is better than that of SDS and ABS. At 70 ℃,when the PAS-12 content is only 0.20%, the foam height is more than 180 mm. Besides, the foam fluid works well at temperature of more than 90 ℃ and the salt-bearing capacity is 5.15%. When the oil content is as high as 20%, the fluid remains stable at static state. It fits for slightly acidic and strong basic formation. The foam fluid with PAS-12 in is an candidate for tertiary oil recovery (EOR) in high temperature and high salinity reservoir.
