阐述了国内外的研究现状,并围绕获取母种和生产子实体两大主题,从菌种的分离、纯化,结菇试验,种性鉴定,栽培方法,原生质融合技术的应用等方面提出了驯化栽培野生黄绿蜜环菌的技术对策和实施步骤.

The research advancement of Mycorrihizal fungi both inside and outside counry is discussed in this paper.The technology and prolessing of culturing Armillaria Luteo-virens are also presented in the aspects including mother fungi's separation and purification,growing experimens,category indentification,culture mothod and protoplast fusion technigues,which are all based on how to obtain the mother fuigi and bear the fruit body.
