摘要
目的 :为我国医药企业实现人才国际化提供参考。方法 :结合我国医药企业人才国际化发展现状 ,运用人力资源管理和人才国际化相关理论 ,并提出相应对策。结果与结论 :在医药企业人才竞争全球化的背景下 ,我国医药企业只有积极推进人才国际化 。
OJBECTIVE:To provide reference for realizing talents internationalization of pharmaceutical enterprises in China.METHODS:Applying the related theory of human resources management,the necessity and situation of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in talents internationalization were analyzed,and the development strategy was put forward.REˉSULTS&CONCLUSION:Against the background of world-wide competition of talents in pharmaceutical industry,only through adoption of the corresponding development strategy and active advancement of talents internationalization,will the pharmaceutical enterprises dominate in the new competition.
