我院2003年度门急诊不合理用药处方浅析

Analysis of Irrational Prescriptions in Outpatient and Emergency Departments in2003

目的 :促进合理用药。方法 :随机抽取我院2003年门急诊处方 ,根据药品说明书、临床药理学知识及文献资料 ,对不合理用药处方进行分析。结果 :不合理处方占所查处方的4 .92 % ,抗生素滥用处方占到不合理处方的84 .12 % ;不合理用药主要反映在给药方案、重复用药、剂量、溶媒、用法、药理拮抗、配伍以及毒性相加等方面。结论 :临床药师审核处方在促进合理用药方面起着重要作用。

OBJECTIVE:To promote safe,effective,economical and proper medication.METHODS:Prescriptions in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital in2003were randomly selected;the irrational prescriptions were anaˉlyzed with regard to drug descriptions,pharmacological knowledge and literatures.RESULTS:The irrational one amounted to4.92%of the total selected prescriptions;antibiotics drug abuses amounted to84.12%of the irrational ones.The irrational drug use problems were mainly seen in administration scheme,repeated dosage,menstruum,administration,drug combinaˉtion,compatibility and combined toxicity.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacist plays an important role in promoting rational drug use by checking prescriptions.
