摘要
目的 :建立咪唑斯汀片的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为C18,检测波长为285nm ,流动相为0. 025mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 -乙腈 (72∶28) ,流速为0. 5ml/min。结果 :咪唑斯汀检测浓度在4 .16~416μg/ml范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9998) ,平均加样回收率为99. 98 % (RSD=0. 44 % ,n=3)。结论 :本法可用于咪唑斯汀片的含量测定 ,且操作简便、结果准确。
OBIECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of mizolastine in tablet.METHODS:HPLC was carried out,using a HiQ sil C 18 column and a mobile phase consisting of0.025mol/L KH 2 PO 4 buffer solution-acetonitrile(72∶28).The flow rate was0.5ml/min.RESULTS:The standard curve was linear over the range of4.16~416μg/ml of mizolastine(r=0.9998).The recovery of mizolastine was99.98%(RSD=0.44%,n=3).CONCLUSION:The proposed method is simˉple,accurate and can be used for the content determination of Mizolastine tablet.
